Terms and Conditions Governing the Purchase, Enrolment, and Access to Digital Course Content Provided by House of Girl Boss Limited

These Terms and Conditions (“the Agreement”) constitute a legally enforceable contract between you, the purchaser, enrollee, or participant (“the Student”, “you”, or “your”) and House of Girl Boss Limited, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of England and Wales (“the Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), in relation to the acquisition, access, engagement with, and/or utilisation of any and all educational, training, or development content delivered in the form of digital courses, modules, resources, assessments, videos, downloads, or other materials (“the Course” or “Course Materials”) made available by us, whether via our proprietary platform or a third-party provider

1. Grant of Access and Definition of Course Commencement

1.1. Upon successful completion of payment in full or confirmation of enrolment by way of executed payment agreement or formal acceptance (including, but not limited to, agreements via finance providers or third-party instalment arrangements), you shall be granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and engage with the Course Materials for personal educational purposes only.

1.2. For the purposes of this Agreement, “access” shall be deemed to have occurred at the earliest instance in which the Student interacts with any component of the Course Materials, whether that be by means of login to the educational portal, streaming or downloading content, clicking upon a learning module, viewing instructional material, or otherwise engaging with any digital elements of the Course.

1.3. Said access shall constitute definitive commencement of the Course, at which point all provisions of this Agreement shall become binding, enforceable, and irrevocable in full.

2. Non-Refundability and Cancellation Exclusion

2.1. The Student expressly acknowledges and agrees that, due to the inherent nature of digital educational content being instantly accessible and non-returnable, all course purchases are rendered strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable immediately upon access being granted, whether partial or full.

2.2. No refunds, credits, substitutions, deferments, or financial remedies of any kind shall be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to: non-engagement with the Course; change in personal, professional, or financial circumstances; dissatisfaction with content or delivery; technological incompatibility; or retrospective objection to these Terms.

2.3. The Student hereby waives any and all rights, whether statutory or implied, to rescind, reverse, or revoke payment, including those under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 insofar as they may apply to services of a digital nature which have commenced with the consumer’s consent.

3. Forfeiture and Non-Completion

3.1. The Student acknowledges that non-completion of the Course, whether voluntary or involuntary, shall not entitle them to any form of refund, discount, compensation, or alternative provision of service.

3.2. The entire course fee, whether paid in full or by instalment, shall be considered fully earned and payable upon initial access and shall not be subject to withholding, contestation, or dispute by the Student.

3.3. In the event of non-payment of any instalment, the Provider reserves the right to pursue the outstanding balance in full through appropriate legal or debt recovery channels, and such non-payment shall not release the Student from any obligation under this Agreement.

4. Acknowledgement of Responsibility and Due Diligence

4.1. The Student affirms that they have conducted all necessary due diligence prior to enrolment, including but not limited to: review of the course description, assessment of personal suitability, consideration of technological requirements, and evaluation of professional relevance.

4.2. The Provider accepts no liability for outcomes arising from a mismatch between the Course and the Student’s expectations, qualifications, experience level, or intended use.

4.3. By engaging with any interactive element of the Course, including but not limited to clicking a “Start Module”, “Next”, “Mark as Complete”, or similarly labelled interface, the Student confirms their irrevocable agreement to be bound by the full terms set out herein.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. The Provider disclaims, to the fullest extent permissible by law, all express or implied warranties, guarantees, or representations regarding the accuracy, quality, completeness, or suitability of the Course for any particular purpose.

5.2. Under no circumstances shall the Provider be liable to the Student for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use the Course Materials, including but not limited to business interruption, loss of earnings, or reputational damage.

5.3. The maximum liability of the Provider under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Student for the relevant Course.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1. This Agreement and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

6.2. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

7. Entire Agreement

7.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous discussions, agreements, or representations, whether oral or written.

7.2. Any variation or amendment to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

By proceeding with your enrolment and/or accessing any portion of the Course Materials, you confirm your full understanding, acceptance, and agreement to the above Terms and Conditions, which shall be legally binding and enforceable under the laws of England and Wales.
